Fan-made live action 'Akira'

This is a fan-made video based on Katsuhiro Otomo's 1988 anime feature 'Akira'. 

Wow, just imagine what Katsuhiro Otomo's science fiction epic would look like as a live action film made like this, the right way, with 'real' Japanese actors and faithful to the manga in every way. This is the end theme to Miyazaki's last film. Reportedly, he's unretired and working on his 1st CGI anime. The last of a dying breed of hands-on animators. Thanks, Miyazaki!
